EBT owns the exclusive licence for making Subklew® Mimic Panels in Holland and Belgium. This system is extremely flexible and is mainly used in industrial environments for control panels and processing schemes.
Thanks to Subklew®, EBT produces a wide range of panels varying from small stand-alone units to modules for complete control rooms. Subklew® Mimic Panels are used mainly in the petrochemical, energy and food industries, and in the control rooms of government buildings.
Subklew® Mimic Panels consist of cast carrying grids. The profile of anodised aluminium guarantees high strength and stability. The grids are filled with mimic tiles. In this way, a completely smooth surface is created. Schemes are printed on mimic tiles. The use of computerised machinery guarantees the strict use of symbols and processing lines.
The hollow space under the tiles (15 mm) is used for mounting meters, instruments, control buttons and signalling components. Thanks to standard and specially designed components, every imaginable configuration can be realised and the costs kept under control.
EBT recently started combining Subklew® Mimic Panels with digital systems. The advantages of the Subklew® system are its extreme flexibility and minimal use of energy. If a dynamic visualisation is required, a projection system can be added. The vast number of possibilities of Subklew® help create an ultra-reliable and highly flexible system. And if anything changes in the process, we can adapt the mosaic panel to the new situation.
